That would be awesome, but I doubt you'll be in town for 5 weeks!!!

Seat brackets for a nice car...and comfy seats!

Another 'stang that will be quick when finished. Just mating up new mid-pipe to exhaust, weld in a few bungs, and swap connection to v-bands.

Yeah, that's true. How long is the flight on the Clubrsx jet? Likely only 1 1/2 hrs...

That all depends on the application and budget. Turbo manifolds are fine to use sch.10 304 stainless pipe, n/a can use 16 or 18 ga 304 tube, and turbo manifolds that need to be light can use 16ga 321 tube.

More aluminum exhaust....
Fab another muffler and tailpipe for Soarer

Weld aluminum and thread for 1/8" NPT on charge pipe

4" aluminum exhaust for Audi, and 2-1 adapter for current set-up. Exhaust was finished, so rather than build twice, we built for the next phase of the car right now.

V-band protector since the car is low.

V-band welds...

Yes, I deal with the Miller Dynasty 200 everyday teaching, and I have a Dynasty 350 in my garage. The features and reduced power consumption far outweigh the cost.

Thanks for the kind words.
As long as Chris is cool with it, I'll explain the dilemma.
Making parts for people that want something different takes considerable time. For this reason, it's impossible to compete with large scale companies. I really have no interest at the moment in producing a generic exhaust, or similar over and over again.
For me to put my name on it, I like to make it at least a little unique.
One thing that might work is aluminum exhaust for the rsx. I would be willing to work a deal with Chris to offer it here.
If you guys are interested, shoot Chris some pm's and we'll see if he is interested.

Cheers,

Chris

I have been thinking about getting a new welder and I wasn't sure if it was worth the increase in cost. do you find they weld better? I am running Lincoln 225 right now and it works but I know that it isn't the best out there.

I have no problem with it but it is a pain to make the same thing over and over and deal with fitment, etc.

The Lincoln Precision TIG 225 is a good welder. There are features that allow you to tweak things here and there, but it's not a big difference on everyday welding. The power is slightly smoother, but if you already have a welder it's a tough sell. I upgraded because the guy next door wanted mine, so I looked into it. With my educational discount, I dove in. I mostly like it for aluminum head repairs. I can manipulate the penetration far more than the syncrowave/precision tig line. It's so good I don't have to use helium anymore.
The pulse features are good for tacking stainless, but I never use it besides that, so I could live without it. Also, I could not run another 300 amp machine on my garage power, so inverter was the only choice if I wanted more power.

1-2-1 shift!!! Luckily fairly minor damage. All the intake valves were bent, one piston, and one rod. Block is fine.
It jammed the valve head right up into the port sideways.
