Been a while since I've been swamped. Missed taking pics on quite a few, but here are some I did get some quick shots of before leaving...

Nissan JDM Silvia S13 Time Attack/Solo-Sprint Car
SR20 with GT28. Built block and ported head for GT3071 in Winter.

Did some charge piping mods to fit new greddy manifold, and upsize around a few choke points.
Also, 25 litre fuel cell that weighs 7lbs 6oz.

Made to fit all stock lines etc. and a new easy-fill cap.

Aluminum 3.5" exhaust that weighs in at 7lbs 3 oz. Center exit for later diffuser build and to be a little unique.

Used a regular hanger but flipped it sideway...

Modified metric DP to 3" and extended it to save the aluminum exhaust.

Swapped to v-band of course...

Inside penetration at transition point from outlet shape to 3"..

Here is a corvette pan mod for an LQ-9 swapped FD rx-7. Mainly for the rack to clear.

Next is a 70's chevelle turbo car, magnum R/T, and this GTS-T Skyline RB25 manifold, DP, and exhaust. The current stuff didn't hold up.

I could. Just a matter of getting one in my garage to make it.
This is most of the draw for my customers is that they can be sure that they have one of a very few creations like it out there. The guys with money or imagination don't like seeing somebody else with the same parts.

More mayhem....
Never ending change of scenery around this cowboy!!!

Zo6 Titanium exhaust mod, mostly just for increased volume. Simple bypass tube.
The GM MIG Ti is mediocre, at best. Does the job though. Exhaust is pretty light.

Hemi Magnum muffler install. Didn't want muffler during exhaust install. Changed his mind later. Sounds really good now, really smooth and low.

Ruckus frame I modified in winter is back for exhaust. A few pics of it powder coated.
Titanium exhaust done by Monday hopefully.

Another Ruckus frame I started for 250cc swap.

The welding that was on another frame makes me cringe. He brought it for a modded shock mount and I saw this!!!

1 Man helicopter prototype exhaust for unique, directly opposed 2 cylinder. Hopefully be in Osh-Kosh by the end of the month for the big show.
Not done yet, have to place and weld tip, and fab bracket off of valve cover for muffler.

Still have to conquer the blue skyline, and this starts early next week: Headers and exhaust on this 2010 RS/SS. Baselined at 331 last monday on buddies dyno. Hoping for 30whp with a tune. Car needs gears. 145mph in 4th!!!(6 speed)

Got the Helicopter prototyping done. Each side weighs just under 4lbs. Fairly tricky job, as everything was kinda on the fly. Sizes I don't work with and don't have parts for, and a tight schedule.
Weld around the v-band plate, goofed on one spot...

Weld on tubing pre-clean-up.

After a quick rub...

Finished.

Hopefully get to watch it fly this week if he gets the rest of the parts in on time.

Well, RS4 sounds crazy.
Didn't get many good pics as it was tight just to finish the fab.
Stock hulk...

inside x-over..

Hand-made oval tips...

Mufflers made for the car...

Rear of them has the logo, didn't focus here, but you get the idea.

I'll have better pics and video by this week-end. Buddy came over with a point and shoot, and took some pics while I was welding with his Nikon. Hopefully some are better than mine...

I have a soft spot in my heart for S4/RS4's. We've discussed on H-T fab section before about it. I <3 the Bi-turbo ones and my brother in law has the B6 we've done some work on.

Keep up the work, post more updates! I love seeing your work.

Wow, getting some mixed results over at an Audi site. It's a little hard to take when I'm an expert, and I pour my heart and soul into a job. Then, somebody tells me the x-pipe is no good....

In the B7 section. It's ok. Ive chilled a bit. They weren't saying it was crap, just that they thought it wasn't the best design. I disagree, but hey, it's the internet. I did my best and I'm proud of the work.

Few pics of the turbo S2000...just some tip fab to avoid burning the bumper

This is funny. The Sylvia I did a bunch of work on was by to get another hanger as the center exhaust I built for it was trying to come out of the double hanger I made for it.
So, it's driving up the driveway and as it comes up over with the front tires, the back rear comes right off the ground!!!! I told him to stop so I could take a pic, but it was too late. Tire was already almost touching again. It was about 1-2" clear of the ground. Seam welding works huh.
Anyway, here are the pics...

Now onto the next project....
These are the parts so far. X-pipe, muffler cap, and reducers to mate up to cats.

Here is the stock exhaust. It was work with just little old me. It's heavy.

Camaro exhaust done. Nobody will have anything like this on a camaro anytime soon!!!

Sounds decent, little too quiet for my taste, but headers will help when I do them in the winter.
