Seafoam

Hello i wanted to try using seafoam in my 02 type s with 150k miles. A lot of the threads on here about seafoam aren't very clear and i couldn't find one about using the seafoam spray which is what i have. Where exactly should i spray this stuff?

I spray it inside of air intake while the engine is idling. You may have to raise your RPM's
