Removing unused wires

Hello,

I have deleted abs and a bunch of other crap over the years. My question is can I just trace back the wires to basically the fuse box and just remove it along with the fuse? Same with my srs plugs under my seats and stereo stuff since I donít have any of that.

Just seeing if anyone has done this thenselves or run into any issues.

Thanks

dustyboner is an unknown quantity on c-rsx
you'll need to check the wiring diagrams in the FSM and find everything on each circuit

you can get the FSM from the link in my sig. here is this to start:

Just curious...what's your intent? Weight reduction? Clean up? Both?

I can't imagine that you'd get any significant weight reduction by pulling a few wires out, and if they're hidden under the dash, you're really going to clean things up either. Why not just leave them? You never know what someone else might want to do with the car some day when it's sold.

Main reason for doing all that is to clean up and remove all the wires I am no longer using like abs which is a big cluster of wires and all the airbag seat wiring. Iíve had this car for over 8-9yrs and itís slowly turning into a weekend track car. I donít think Iíll get rid of this car again and if I do itíll be completely parted out and shell will be recycled
